Orbea gain F40 hack

Hello everyone and greetings from the UK!

Need a bit of help/advice if you can please.

I have recently purchased an Orbea Gain F40 Electric Hybrid bike - 2019. Sleek, stylish & rides like a charm but riding it at 15mph with the pedal assist is still quite slow for me. Has anyone found a way to unlock/hack the speed limitation for this bike? Im hoping to get the pedal assist to go up to 20 - 25mph. Also I do know about the laws regarding ebike speed limits in the UK so i will act accordingly. Any help will be appreciated.

A thread on this subject using the Emotion system has been running a while. Up to now, a solution is not in the offering?
