Hi, am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone has had some info on Orbea Gain D20 pedal assist.
I recently got the Gain D20, as I am riding, I set the pedal assist to Level1. However, after a few seconds (<15sec), the pedal assist turned off. Is that normal? At one point during the ride, I set the pedal assist to Level3, I noticed that it if I stop pedalling, it "down shifts" from level3, level2, level1, until it turned off.
