Orbea Gain Battery Life

So my 18 months old Orbea Gain D19 has lost about 30% of useable mileage. Is this to be expected? Should Orbea replace it?

no thats way too soon unless you're draining the battery twice a day or so.

Ride 2-3 times week Max. Never drain to zero. Charge judiciously. Do they warranty?

I checked the site and it did see anything about batteries just a two year warranty overall so they should.
