NYON question...notice there is a setting for volume?

I noticed under the settings you can adjust the volume. Does the NYON speak?? I haven't heard it. When I tried navigation, there wasn't a voice or even a beep out of it. But I do notice what appears to be a small orifice that could be a indication there is a speaker?

Mine makes beeps when the display changes to show the next turn. Just enough to make you notice that it has something to tell you.

I have to put my hearing aids in to hear this sound. Didn't hear a beep out of it today...maybe have to turn them up!
