Nyon Gen2 issue

Hi! I just opened the box with new Nyon, and I saw this . The display never was plugged to the ebike? Is it okay? The level of the battery

decreasing in the real time, is it normal. Looks like the defect. maybe something with the battery inside ..... Every ten seconds minus 1 percent..I have stopped at 7. I will repeat I have not plugged it to ebike...

I would plug it into a usb cable. it will only charge while riding. I had one attached with the screw that was not charging. found out on the coldest day.

I just use a regular usb charger I doubt the quick charge will charge any faster.

hm i have plugged it but i don see the charging process . It was good to 34 ... then nothing and .. always 30

it only charges on the bike while you ride or the bike is on. so it will get there. but here is the plug just charge it and get on with life.

ride with it for awhile and see what happens. is this a new unit or used? the only need for a battery is to get the bike up and running so as long as you have some juice your fine.

after some minutes all okay ! but ! i have a problem with navigation ! always grey circle from the factory as started point .. i cant choose another point in my country ( message too far )

I have a NYON and I charge it via the Mini-USB port on the bottom of the unit.
Once on the bike it should charge of the BOSCH battery on the bike.

go to settings and then wheel circumference. no choice on sleep.

It's my understanding you can also charge your phone off this port while riding, it should work with no problem,

no you cant. its for charging or diagnosis.

that I dont know. did you install offline maps?

this last update I got that once. even though I downloaded the files. connect to wifi and try deleting and downloading them again. one at a tine.

no ... i have been truing deleting and downloading them again , has not helped i sent a email to support , maybe tomorrow they will help
