Noise on Explore 2023

Hi,

My Explore E+ is new but I hear a regular noise on each turn of the wheel, on the rear wheel I think, it's not loud at all but I can hear it in the countryside when it's quiet and the bike is in slow speed.

If I stop pedalling the noise is still there. If I'm not in the bike and push it, there's no noise. The more speed, the shortest the time between two consecutive noises.

Any idea? Thank you.

Try squeezing your brake lever lightly and see if the noise disappears, or changes. If it does then it's probably a slightly out of shape rotor, or some debris in your pads/caliper.

I tried the brakes but the noise remains.

It's a high-pitched noise consisting of 2 very close noises. The slower the speed, the better I can hear that the noise contains 2 "sub-noises". What suprises me is that there no noise when I push the bike and walk beside it...
