no throttle

Hi I have rad rhino with Bolton upgraded motor controller display my problem is no power when i turn the throttle the display shows the watts going up but no power checked all cables put new wiring harness on different controller and display still no joy if i connect my motor to my other rhino it works no problem the pas is flashing red hope someone can help
 
Are you using the display that came with the Bolton conversion?

Have you tried resetting everything to the default settings (C10=Y)?

Hi AHicks thanks for your help yes it is the display it came with i tried to reset c10 to y but it reverts back to n how do i reset everything to default

You just save the Y setting one time. That resets it, and the next time it comes up it will be set to N.
 
Curious what the range of watts is that you are seeing as the control is moved.
If you'll supply/post all of your settings, maybe somebody here will be able to spot an error.

Hi A when I turn throttle it jumps between 1200 to 2000 here's my settings
 
Your settings didn't post.

I'm wondering if your throttle is wired correctly. I don't think your wattage readings should be anywhere near that high unless the motor is running and loaded way down.....

I tried a different throttle still the same

Different throttle, if it's wired the same as the one you have, will make no difference. There is NO assurance the colors will be correct, or that they will be installed in the same order in the connector. Are you using the throttle originally supplied by RAD?

Have you tried using the throttle once the bike is moving, or while the crank is turning? Does "walk" mode work, where you push in and hold the bottom arrow button?

yes same throttle rad supplied have not been on my bike for a while so do not know the rest
