newspeedbike.com, legitimate or scam?

Has anyone heard of newspeedbike.com? Their deals seem too good to be true. Their website appears to be only 3 months old. Cant find any reviews online. The address they have posted online is apparently their California warehouse but when I do a google search it appears to be a regular house. I also called their number on their website (a New Jersey number), someone did answer (Im pretty sure the call was redirected to someone overseas, likely China) a few of my questions about shipping and warehouse locations. Anyways I figured I would reach out to see if anyone has purchased from them. A 1000w fat tire ebike for $800 USD seems way too cheap. I did message Paypal and they replied that such a purchase would be covered by their buyer protection program.

If your goal is to buy an ebike for cheap, and willing to wait a long time, why don't you just buy one straight from Alibaba like some of the members here on EBR are doing?

I honestly never considered alibaba, will give it a look
