I have been fiddling around with those thin 'cable locks... sometimes adding one on either side of my trike's rear basket so it might confuse someone cutting the first one only not being able to get away fast. (I also suspect Trikes are not prime targets...).
But, I found one I really like: a disk brake lock on Amazon. This one is quite simple, durable and may be a small target for a grinder. It comes with an internal screaming alarm, but I dismantled it by removing the batteries as I am really not fond of gratuitous noises... Visibility and bulk may be sufficient. As I do not leave this unattended for any long periods, I suspect (X my fingers) I will be in possession of this trike for a long while. Jim/Maryland
