New to e-bikes with a pair of Phantom Bikes E9 Fat Tracks. They were purchased from Costco and we received the bikes 6 days after ordering. Was very impressed with the workmanship and performance of the bikes. Having never been on an e-bike, we choose Costco due to the excellent return policy they offer. I would have a hard time making a purchase like this without the ability to return (or have to pay 2X e-bike shipping if a return was even allowed). We have about 100 miles of riding thus far. Looking forward to checking out all the good rides around the southeastern US.
