New to this site, im 68, just 8 days ago after much gnashing of teeth, lots of pouring over you tube bike reviews on Gravel bikes, wait for it, visiting 8 bike shops, be patient now, then changing my reasons once again, settled on more research, this is what i want right now,a Besv TRB1 Urban, more research, pros and cons, costs, nearly there, but it has to be imported, will settle on a E bike now thats here.
Well long story short now, walked into a bike shop, just newly opened, i was first customer and after all the hours and hours of research, insane comments from aquantances, BOUGHT a Fat EBike, yep have done 160ks mainly up and back on a heritage trail, rear hub drive,Bafang, can free pedal, pedal assist, and just plain free wheel power Im having fun But i,ll be looking at all the gear i can buy Cheers

Congrats on the new bike! Now get out there and ride it in good health. Stay safe!

Welcome to the forum, David!

Sounds like you're having fun already with the bike. What kind of gear are you planning to add? And a photo of your new bike would be nice.
