New EBike

Are you looking to get a e-bike very soon(Winter is coming)? Or you can wait until closer to Spring time? You can wait when all the new 2021 models come out, if you're not in a rush. Besides checking the Amego e-bike shop & testing as many bikes that interest you, you can also consider the other e-bike brands that are available to order online only(take your time to decide).
I was planning on making purchase soon as the waiting times on the bikes at the moment is long on allot of bikes. Mid-March i expect to start cycling to work again.

I called Bixtrix and the lady had not heard of the company to purchase the bike from. Check out INDIEGOGO company make payment for bike, lots people have waited 2-3 years for products. And it's very difficult get refund.
For specifically Bixtrix e-bikes(people waiting 2-3 years for their bikes)?

If you paid it on a credit/debit card you should be able to get it back soon enough which I assume you may have done. Please say “you did”?

Any new recommendations, I appreciate all the help.
Recommendations have been coming every day since the beginning of the tread :). As I already wrote, Aventon, Ride1up and RAD City are reasonably priced and are worth considering. And so is Amego.

What you guys think RadRover bikes?
I think they are well built and very reasonably priced. They are also heavy, most of them. And they are online-only. Aventon (probably) have dealers in Toronto, and Amego is a dealer by itself.

In terms of tushy comfort, 26" wheel with 2.3" tire will roll the same, whether you pay CAD 1,500 or 3,000.

Say/think anything you like about it, but I'm thinking there's a reason it's Rad's #1 seller, which makes it one of the best selling bikes in the country.....

The bigger question in my mind though, is does it fit your purposes BEST?

Maybe it's just me but I find the Rads without hydraulic brakes was a big pass for me esp with so many other $1.5- 2k approx bikes now with hydraulics.
Didn't say I'd buy one. I said it's one of the most popular sellers. The hydraulic brakes for instance, not likely the same priority for somebody interested in a bike like this, considering it's price point. Further, it's hard to ignore the popularity of the bike, AND, RAD's reputation for good/great service.

Last, based on first hand experience, those OEM brakes stop the bike just fine......
