My Haibike came with a stand, but does yours have a mounting plate on the chain stay near the rear hub? It would have to holes 18mm apart. If it does, then you would get a kickstand such as this one, or the "name brand" Pletscher kickstand.
I don't like racks that attach only to the seatpost. Too limiting, IMO. But if you must buy one, I would recommend one without a quick release clamp. Instead, get one that bolts to the seat post like this Delta Post Haste Rack.

Thanks! I like the rack, simple and it would be easy to add/remove. I checked, it looks like we do not have holes for the kickstand.
still no luck finding a kickstand. Any ideas?

I'm surprised, and a little disappointed, that Haibike apparently chose not to include a sidestand on a trekking model!
On the models I have seen (and purchased), Haibike uses a bolt-on hanger for the sidestand. See photo of my Trekking 7.0:
So (if you have the appropriate hole in the frame on your bikes) you have to purchase the hanger and the attachment bolt, and then you can mount any sidestand of the correct bolt pattern (20mm center-to-center).
IIRC @byunbee went through this on a used Haibike he purchased.

Here's what you will need if you don't have the holes. It took me almost 5 months of researching (scanning forums, visiting various vendors, waiting for backordered delivery, etc), but I now have a proper kickstand for my Haibike Xduro Urban. 
Kickstand plate - This is not sold in the U.S. Only on Amazon U.K., ebay, or european vendors. I recommend Amazon U.K.. And yes, the shipping is not free and almost as much as the cost of the plate.
Kickstand - I strongly recommend Pletscher Comp Flex 18mm. Pletschers make the best of the best when it comes to kickstands. They are extremely well made. I highly recommend them. I got a different Pletscher model because they didn't have the comp flex in stock anywhere at the time. They are both great kickstands.
