Hi from the UK. Bike bought in October in France. The UK importer refused to bring in my size in spite of my efforts and those of Sigmasport. Has the new Mahle X20 system. So pleased I took the plunge. Everything was getting so hard, including keeping up with my mates, but this is transformative. It is a super comfortable bike and rides beautifully without the motor. Very happy!

Hi, mostly the transition is really smooth. The time when I do notice it is when my speed is hovering around 25 kph and the free hub can sometimes jerk a bit between being engaged and free wheeling. I’m regularly over the 25 kph figure, especially when out with friends. I’ve found the bike goes really well then. I was worried the extra weight would make this hard work but it’s not bad at all.
