New Ancheer ebike owner

Hello,

I am the proud owner of two new Ancheer ebikes. I have had some issues with them and figured I should join a forum to share my experiences and hopefully learn more about the sport/hobby.

I'm from Southern California, so we can ride year-round. Looking forward to getting to know more about all of you and ebikes in general.

What kind of issues have you had?

These kinds of info can be valuable for people that are trying to get into ebikes.
Obviously ebikes are not exactly cheap for many people, and Ancheer and Hyper seem to be the popular options with generally good feedback.

Hey Timpo, I posted my issues over on the "Known Issues & Problems with Ancheer Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes" thread. Basically, after receiving my bikes and testing them out, they will not turn on anymore. I am just disappointed and frustrated. Customer service has been OK, but no solution has been offered yet.

What is the top speed you make on Ancheer. I am thinking to buy for my dad but not sure if they can go 20 mph without issue

I'm not sure yet. I haven't been able to get mine to work yet. My mom has some and I've hit 20 MPH on it with throttle only on flat roads.
