Hi all -

I am looking at getting the Bulls E-Stream Evo FS 2 27.5 + and was hoping to get some sizing help. Unfortunately it will be a special order, so I can't size myself on it.

It comes in a 46 cm frame size, which is the smallest offered.

Here is a link to the geometry:

I am 5 foot, 7.5 inches tall. I wear a pant size with a 30" length.

The standover height on the geometry page seems to indicate that the bike is too large, but I don't really know how to read the chart, so I am not sure...Also, the top tube slants downward, so I don't know how to accommodate for that.

Will I fit?

Thank you.

I would say no, it wont fit.

I have an Evo 3 27.5+ hardtail in a 46cm frame size which shows the same standover height of 820mm.

Im 6ft 32 inch inseam and I wouldnt want any less crotch clearance

I Bikeman. I want to give you some thoughful advice on this, as my situation shares a bunch of characteristics with yours.

I've got the Bulls E-Stream Evo 2 27.5 Plus hardtail. I would love to have had the full suspension but it wasnt in my budget.

I am 5'11" and wear 31" inseam jeans. When i was shopping, my local Bulls dealer only had the full suspension model in 46cm. I straddled it in rubber sandals and it felt perfect....lots of room, I thought for the 30 seconds or so I was on it.

When my ordered hardtail 46cm arrived, my first thought was "wow, this top tube feels close to my crotch.....should i have gone smaller?".

I never went back to the dealer because i ended up buying online and saving $200. Ideally, you can find a dealer nearby that can let you hop on one. Barring that, go to the Bulls website. Theyve got a chat link on it. Ask them if the FS and hardtail measure out exactly the same. My sense was the full suspension had just a little sag....the top tube slanting down just a little more. It might be the perfect bike for you.

For me, Im not clipless, so i ride with my tennis shoes which have a little more in the heal. It feels perfect this way. Ive thought that if i wver went clipless with lower profile riding shoes, I might look into tires with slightly less sidewall rubber. I dont know if that even exists, and really dont care right now as the bike and tires are new.

You could also try calling your dealer who hopefully has others in stock and ask them to measure it off so you can get a sense of the height.

If youre planning on really technical riding and want a smaller feeling bike, then this one probably won't work....and the 41 will also probably be too small anyway. But if you're a more mellow rider and road, groomed trails, fireroads are in your future, you should definitely keep looking into it.
