Nation Wide Shortage on FS eMTB'S

Just a public announcement to make for those who are shopping for a full suspension mountain bike right now, especially small or medium sizes. You find it to be very difficult finding a bike that is in-stock. I also recommend calling the dealer instead of trusting any website for availability. Most dealers are not able to update their websites fast enough for the high demand. Brands like Haibike & Bulls have pre-orders allocated till next year, with many more brands struggling to keep up. The main issue i believe is lack of supply.

I just wanted to inform the community of the shortages before they fork over hard earned money for something they may never get. This also opens up opportunities for scammers. Crazy Lennys has been in business since 2013 and we have seen it all!

If the EBR community wants to pitch in on availability of FS bikes for others i think that would help too.

This is a good rule of thumb, even if without a big run on e-bikes.

I've called each time I've ordered e-bikes online, whether a direct-to-consumer or a place with a storefront.

That someone answers promptly and can answer the question also inspires confidence before mashing "PAY NOW" on a $4,000 purchase. Outside of buying in person, I wouldn't recommend doing it any other way.

Confirms my suspicions that the shortages are affecting North America the most.
