Name that Discharge Port Connection

I am trying to find the correct name for this discharge port so that I can source replacements.

For some reason, one of the connections "melts" and the only work around is to remove the battery and charge externally - frustrating to say the least.

Very interesting. I haven’t seen that port. I did an image search and that revealed nothing like the port you have. Maybe @Jenny Mao can shed some light here. She has some very knowledgeable information as she is familiar to the battery scene.

A couple of questions, though.

Why did the connection melt, in the first place?

Would it be worth it to change the charging port to something more standard?

What bike is this?

May I know the ebike model? I haven't seen this either, seems not from Reention, or Shanshan or SYR. There are more and more patented cases with proprietary ports.

It is a generic ebike manufactured by Guangzhou Yiso ebike Co Ltd

No idea why it is melting. It is on the feed from the external charge port so not taking a huge amount of current.

The ebike manufacturer must know who the battery case designer is and offer the replacements.
If only it were that easy. The manufacturer is incredibly obtuse with this issue. They claim that noone has had the same issue and so it has not happened. They cannot (or will not) name a supplier, a part number or a part name because they have never heard of the problem before.
I think it may be an issue of pride. If they admit there is an issue then it becomes a stain on their reputation.
