I got around to test fitting today and it all works as designed which is always good! Man, I do not like using silicone to place a window in, I siliconed more things to myself than to the print. Made three attempts, the third is pictured. Then I found I could just roll the silicone off the first two attempts by working it with my fingers, rolls eyes ... Lexan is really strong stuff.
Hindsight says, roll it on thicker and razor the window max and pull off the excess next time. It would have been much cleaner than what I did. I also learned to never use my green cutting board as a back drop, but, that reason is self evident at this point.
I did have to razor some plastic off of the push button sides to get another 0.5mm or so play before it would operate the button correctly, but, I am not changing the print as it will need a little custom fitting regardless. This print is just dyed black and the same as prototype one I will paint it eventually, I kind of want to see how fast it fades.
I am ready to glue some inner tube onto the feet and wire up (2x 40.6mmx20mm). With what I am facing at the moment it isn't going to happen until next weekend.
