My front tire making noises

I breaked and noticed the tire was wobbling like crazy. The bar clamp thingy (I don’t know what the part is called) was loose so I had to close it down and that fixed the problem.

And I noticed that my front tire is making screeching and chirping noises. Do you guys know what that could mean? Here are videos I uploaded to get a better visual & sound

If you were riding with a loose skewer or axle, take it to a shop and have them explain some maintenance items you are neglecting. They will diagnose the issue too. I can't diagnose anything because of the wind noise, but you have something rubbing.
