My backup battery no longer shows on the Specialized App for Creo 1

My back up battery no longer shows on the Specialized App for Creo 1. It was working fine and when both batteries were at 100% it would show 150% on the App. The battery meter
on the top tube shows both batteries. My Wahoo also shows both batteries. How do I add back the back up battery on the software. I liked the App when I did longer rides during the warmer months.
The Wahoo gives me the reading in both batteries separately . Is anyone else having this problem?

It is a feature and an advantage, not a problem Garmin or Hammerhead still cannot recognize the Range Extender.

Regarding the Specialized App: stop using the App same as I have done

I know this used to work properly. A couple of months ago I rode my Creo 1 on an 80-mile ride for MS and the range extender was showing up in the Specialized app (iOS version) then.
I just checked it today and the range extender is not showing up in the Specialized app. I suspect the software was revised recently and we have a bug.
Like the OP, I too like the app but to each his own. I hope this bug is fixed by Specialized.

Appreciate this is an old post but hopefully you are now seeing your Range Extender on the Specialized app. I use the IOS version and have included some photos with the results from today’s ride. The version of my app is v1.40.1 build 1157. You can check this from the More icon located at the bottom right of the screen. I‘m not sure exactly when the bug was fixed but looks ok now - hope this helps

About 3 weeks ago my Specialized App started showing my backup battery again.
I guess they must have updated the App.
My friend who is on the new Beta version of
the App has lost coverage of the backup battery. I have my fingers crossed.
