Multicharger

Hello there.
I stumbled upon EBR website a few weeks ago while searching for a short commute ebike.

I think I have made up my mind on the Multicharger (after a short trial run) as it meets most of my criteria.
Good for short daily work commute (6km each way mostly bike lane), belt drive (limited maintenance), 2 young kids, got a local dealer of R&M and a "tight" budget (so either Charger or Multicharger).
That being said, I cant find any feedback from end users on the internet (outside of the EBR review).

I know the multicharger is a new model. I am just curious if anyone, lurking the forum like me, with a multicharger (or maybe a charger) could share some feedback?
Are you satisfy with your purchase? Anything you would change/upgrade? How comfy is the rear rack for kid seat / adults over longer rides?
Thanks !

Hey Vincent! Welcome to the forum. I don't have any experience with a multi-charger, but hopefully someone else can help soon.

The Multicharger is as you note a brand new offering, not many would have one already.
I have a Supercharger and many others do have the plain Charger. They are excellent bikes with superb build quality and features. I can not assume the Multicharger is an exception from this.
Take your kids to the dealer and ask to do a 1 hour test ride. If they ft on the rear seat comfortably, then go for it.

The only drawback I'd see is that it is offered only with the smallest Bosch display (the non-detatchable Purion) or the COBI.Bike-system that requires a smartphone as a display. Ask your dealer if it would be possible to swap to a Intuvia or Kiox.

Thanks for the feedback Tompat.
I am planning another test ride when the weather gets better (been a solid ~25C for a week now).

I am not too concern about the display yet as I should be able to upgrade myself if need be.

The last piece of the puzzle is around retrofitting a type of handrail on the tail (similar to the GSD "clubhouse" or xtracycle co-pilot thingy).
I don't trust my 5 years old to have a solid grip on the handle bars.
I will get the dealer to look into it when I finalize the purchase.
