Motor switching on and off

Hello everyone, need your input regarding my ebike, it's a Liv e bike vall e powered by Yamaha, the motor switches on and off and I have no idea why also the monitor display is completely off because it gives this speed readings that are not normal, jumps from 16km/h to 99km/h and sporadic readings. First time to have an e bike so I am not sure what to do next. Hope someone can have an input about this, thanks!

It could be the speed sensor is wrongly placed or that the accelerometer/speed sensor wiering from wheel to motor is faulty.

Sounds like you have intermittent contact somewhere between your battery, controller, computer, and or motor.. You can try pushing all the connections, or tightening the threaded connections..
