Motor Noise on Specialized 2nd gen Turbo Levo

Experiencing a strange ratchety sound coming from the Motor of Turbo levo when cycling/cranking. Thought it might be the chainset/running gear but everything has been changed - the sound is coming from the motor area (clicky ratchet sound). There are no error signs on the TCU and the motor seems to be working ok. Happens whenever pedals are turned with the motor on. Motor is relatively new and if anything lightly used so far. I wonder whether the replacement motor installed correctly?

Please place your Levo the way the rear wheel is raised then pedal the bike with your hand and listen. Does the noise come from the motor? Visit the LBS immediately. No noise with "manual pedalling"? There are so many deceptive noises on an e-bike...

If you can reproduce the noise, it might mean the motor is failing or the motor mount on the frame has cracked. Personally, I do not think that's the case!
