I bought a 52V shark pack for my Titanium ebike conversion that worked flawlessly for 4 months and abruptly failed. The failure consisted of the LCD blanking and power to the motor dropping with any load (motor engaged). After pulling the battery out of the case and exposing the BMS and finishing the trouble shooting with a multi-meter it was apparent that the cells were OK and Luna immediately sent out a replacement BMS. I installed it, put the pack back together and viola', back to normal.

PS.....1st battery issue I've had in 4 years with 7 bikes. I guess I was due....
