Losing all power after 60%

Hi

I have Felt bruhaul its basically my family car

My bike goes into what in a car would be limp home mode when there is 40 % battery left.

It works great when go to work but on the return the range tumbles and then drops to eco at 40% and then a jerky on off mode for the rest of the battery even though it says there are 5 miles of range left. No error codes or flashing lights.

I was expecting the range to drop slightly after a couple of years but the battery was replaced under warranty at 800 miles and is about 2 years old. The charger was replaced at 500 miles

The bike has done about 5000 miles, motor replaced at 3600 (in warranty but took 3 weeks) and display replaced at 4000 (Out of warranty). Pretty underwhelming really.

Dealers in DC don't seem to know what they are doing and there is a charge for everything. (My motor cost 180$ in labor to fit and the bolts weren't tighten properly.) its 35$ to plug the diagnostic in

Sometimes when it switches on it says 50miles of range in eco fully charged sometimes 25.

When new I could do 27 miles on tour and sport. Now its 15 if i'm lucky.

Any ideas that don't involve dropping a $1000 on a new battery?

Thanks
