Hi. Just purchased a 2021 Trance XE Pro 29, still under 2 year warranty, and have some play in the battery causing rattling sound. Can bring back to dealer but because of supply issues had to purchase far from home and bike doesn't fit in car. There are adjustment screws but they are tamper proof. Has anyone had this problem and until I can go to a closer Giant dealer is foam the best solution?
