I have owned my Riese & Muller Load 60 Vario for 3 days. Already ridden her about 60 km just getting the feel of the bike and playing with seat and handlebar heights etc. I think I have that set up pretty well now. I notice the front fork shocks and the centre shock are adjustable. I can't find anything the paperwork that came with the bike about adjusting these. Should I leave them factory set, or can I somehow tailor them to my weight? I weight 80kg.
