I had my bike stolen recently and surprisingly I found the bike for sale on gumtree and the police managed to recover! Unfortunately the electric motor and battery were not on the bike when it was recovered.
In the interim, I purchased a replacement bike, a giant fast road EX pro.
Now I have the bike back I’m thinking of putting a simple lightweight hub motor on it. I was impressed with the mahle kit on some of the bikes I tested. Is there a similar hub kit I can put on the bike that is very discreet and has a very very simple display. One of the bug bears I had with my TSDZ2 kit was the very large display, it really looked out of place on the bike.
the bike is a whyte Dorset, a gravel/commuter bike.
