Hi guys. I'm using a foldylocks Compact folding lock as my primary lock. It's super convenient as it folds down really small and anchors to the water bottle cage holder
It feels sturdy but doesnt weigh a ton and is flexible where I can lock it in a bunch of different situations.
I realize that this isnt the fort Knox of bicycle locks but I feel all locks are basically just deterrents and I just want to make my bike less appealing to opportunistic thieves.
With that being said, I'd like to add a 2nd layer of defense to make by $4,000 ebike look a little more menacing to steal. It would have to be something light and pocketable. I was thinking a cable lock? I know a bolt cutter can make quick work of them, but can anyone suggest the toughest one that's still very portable? Thanks!
