Just a short note to confirm that Lectric's customer support has been the best.
We got two new 750 Trike2s which had problems. Lectric not only took them back but supplied return boxes and prepaid shipping. It did take almost four months and lots of emails and videos, but in the end we were fully refunded.
Couldn't ask for more!
