Lectric Trike reboxing

Has anyone reboxed a trike for return to Lectric?
I am trying to get it shipped out tomorrow. Seems to be a headache. I have it done. Waiting for Lectric's approval to ship.
Any pointers?

Let us know the outcome. Luckily I've never had to return a DTC ebike. Why the reason for return may I ask?

I will let it be known, if I am able to iron out a couple other issues. May take a few weeks. They are working well with me of their own accord.... Maybe don't want to jinx it.

Lectric is known for a high level of customer service. It is extremely rare that they can't resolve issues. It will take take patience on your part because the back and forth communication between yourself and them and their own internal discussions to iron out the problem. It may take a little trial and error, shipping some parts as they trouble shoot but they will get it resolved I'm sure.
