Last rpm MAC 8T

Hi everyone.

My MAC 8T is in trouble. The rpm of the wheel motor has dropped.

I have a simple system with a Kelly KBS-X series controller and a 48V 19Ah battery.

I used the whole system for about a year, riding in winter and summer. There were no problems. The speed is about 50 km / h.

Once I interrupted a couple of hall wires. I had to use this same cable and shorten it. Since the cable length has decreased, I moved the controller to a different place.
After the final assembly, it turned out that the speed and rpm had dropped by about three times. I started checking and looking for what could be the problem. I even changed the hall sensors.

The battery is good and charged.
There is no speed switch.
The throttle handle has been tested and is good.
The controller settings are the same. There are no restrictions.
There is no burning smell anywhere, there is no darkening anywhere.

I was informed that the reason for the drop in speed may be interference and noise generated by the phase wires. The hall wires are sensitive to this and therefore the speed has dropped.

My motor cable has two of 9 shielded thin wires. I assumed that these are two wires for the temperature and speed sensitive signals.
Maybe can I to use them for 2 of 3 hall sensors and the problem will disappear?

I did all the checks, used your site and specialized forums to help, but I could not find a way to fix it.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

After replacing the hall sensors, I didn't go outside to check.
I replaced the hall sensors and didn't notice any changes in the operation of the wheel motor.
The speed of free rotation on the display was like before. May be the speed signal wire is out of order. But I gone ride outside in desperation. And it turned out that everything works. New hall sensors helped.
I don't know why doesn't helped detection of work polarity old hall sensors.

Thanks to everyone for advices.
