Ordered 05/20/22..received earlier than expected.
Double boxed and well packed. no problem with assy. Came with owner manual with torque values but vague instructions. There are YouTube videos for extra help.
12 price tool kit, touch up paint and a bag of extra screws.
Quick release front axle and 20psi air in tires. Turn signals, brake light a bell and steel guard for derailleur.
. cables are neatly wrapped Fit an finish is very good. I have not put any miles on it yet but so far so good. I changed speed to 99.
I also have a Ride1up 700 ST to compare it to once I get some miles on it.
I need to find a bag for the rear rack. The one I have for the 700 won't work on it. The straps are too short for the wide rack.
Also got AR military discount which made it even a better deal.

Congrats and enjoy! I wish they mentioned the video, I didn't initally see it, only found after I assembled both of ours LOL. We both worked at a volunteer bike shop for a few years, so not a big deal. Just a handy bit of validation.

One bike was pacakged really well, the other one didn't have the fork block installed correctly (bolt wasn't through the hole, but rather the space under - so it came loose). Was missing two bollts on each of the screen brackets too. I think they pack it that way to keep the screen from getting broken, but could not find the bolts anywhere. I had some black oxide bolts I could use and Ariel later mailed me a pack of replacement stainless bolts. Overall, minor things with no harm done.

Putting on a set of Duro Fleetwood slicks as I type this.
