Juiced RCS vs Aventon Aventure I have both now

Just an update....
Sold Aventon Aventure Step Through and sold one of the two 2019 Juiced RCS. They both sold quickly $1,500 each. We now have one new RCS Step Thru and one 2019 RCS.

All mid drive motors have torque sensors.

No, not all. For example, the Bafang bbs02 and bbshd do not.

Aventon should be ashamed of themselves. We all get that bikes are a red hot market and they could basically sell any two wheeled contraption and slap a motor on it and...oh wait, that's exactly what they've done!

But yeah, the controller programming is an absolute joke. I've ridden the aventure and the motor does not turn on at all without at least half a full pedal revolution. Then power kicks in like a mule.

It's too bad more people don't complain or at the very least return their bikes. Aventon bikes are not safe and from what I've read, their customer service is rock bottom too.

I had an Aventon Aventure too, it was awful and sent it back right away, another big complaint I had with aventon is there delayed throttle response, they claim is was for safety but when riding a trail and you need a sudden burst of power that was not possible with the throttle delay
