Your motor went out after only seven miles? Did you not charge the battery? Or was it a motor failure? That sounds like something you need to take up with the shop that sold you the bike!
Oh my....your are still under warranty. Definitely take your bike to your bike shop. They will get you patched up. Good luck.....that's a VERY NICE BIKE!!! Specialized has very good customer service. On a side note, That person that drove you home 7 miles has restored my faith in my fellow man. ?
