Whether you can repair it or not depends on your knowledge and skills. The hub motor should be repairable. Difficulty depends on how much damage there is. It's difficult to answer with any certainty from a few sentences on a forum.

To keep the motor from spinning in the dropouts you need to install a torque arm. Cheap on Amazon or Ebay.

unless you're mech. inclined /know how to solder//
you probably may just want to replace the whole wheel/hub motor..depending on the damage? but at some point a lot of this stuff is disposable / shop time...

I would say yes it does come apart and can be repaired ...how easy ?? and as the above poster noted ...you have to stop the hub motor from spinning around in the forks dropouts..or you have same issue..

Oh I'm very mechanically inclined if you see the bike and you would say wow even I'm impressed but what happened is the the axle that came on the motor could only go on a certain way so it doesn't three wheel and the washer that went with it to lock it in place didn't fit on my bike it was diagonal when I couldn't get it in the slot so I just put the washers but after tightening the first time it kind of come off it never has come off I was changing the tire on it and I thought I turned it down tight enough but I did and it wrapped around like three or four times I've got where I can see the wires I didn't know there was that many in it but I will get it apart and solder if I have to

I always wanted a quick connector there,,, where you could get the wheel off easy ..but you can't always get what ya want.. and the connection would be one more fail point.
my bikes always has some minor issues....maybe I'll catch up one day...lol one thing that's fooled me a couple of times was the brake switch killing motor..I wasted a hour to find out I had brake lever engaged ..humans...lol anyway get dirty.. get er done...go for a ride.....that reminds me...rains stopped about an hour a go.....sunglasses (check),helmet with 360 cam (check),radio check, vest(check),
time for a ride...

good luck ...the road calls...

I actually contacted them about the wheel they said they would take care of it they need in an order number and I found the Walmart order number I bought it through Walmart I actually got the cover off and I think it's just issues with the wire right there where it was coming out of the side of the axle bolt they shouldn't have had it so sharp right there I noticed. I have ordered another one to put on the back I was going to just make this wire shorter and use it for the back when I get the other one but I can't take any weight off the front of the bike really ready to flip backwards I've got a lot of weight behind the back tire it weighs 220 lb total just can't wait to be back on it and not having to walk to work.
