Intermittent Power Loss

Has anyone experienced intermittent power loss on their Rad Minis? We have a step-through bike that seems to drop power momentarily, depending on the location and type of surface it's riding on. It only happens for a few seconds and power is re-supplied after stopping peddling and then re-starting to pedal. The display shows a drop in wattage for a brief period until starting to re-pedal. We have checked all of the connections, thinking that a loose connection when riding on rough surfaces was the culprit. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does it cutout while using just the throttle too?
How did you go about checking connections? Some are tight even when they need to be pushed another 1/8 inch. Need to remove and reseat the battery too. If still a problem, this will probably take some special effort to figure out how to load the rear wheel while stationary and while tapping on the controller and battery. Running it unloaded with the tire in the air won’t work since power is only applied in that situation in very short bursts even with the throttle wide open.

The cutout happens only while using PA. Will try removing the battery, discharging any current by turning the bike on, and hen re-seating the battery to see if that addresses the issue.

If it’s only cutting out while pedaling it’s a bad PAS sensor, misalignment or connection. Rarely the controller but possible.
