I have a front wheel Eike
kit I purchased online from a private party!
Well I hooked it all up and it worked fine.
Now all of a sudden I have no power at the throttle controller.
I found the battery had no voltage.
Replaced battery with a new one.
Still no power a the throttle?
What is the problem, the only thing I can think of is the
throttle?
Thanks

You need a voltmeter to deterine where the voltage is disappearing.
Could be a bad weld in the battery or a bad solder joint on the bms (card on top of the battery). Could be a bad crimp in a connector, or a pin pushed out of the housing because the tang didn't hook. Could be in the controller, +36 or 48 in, no AC out the blue yellow green phase wires.
If the voltage goes into the throttle but doesn't come out 1-5 v, you can't take them apart. Buy a new one, hopefully with the same connector.\
Note used ebike parts tend to select for the flaky ones that only work sometimes. Buy from a reputable vendor, you might get something that works. Somebody that has been in business 3 or more years, those ebay ratings are fake news.

Yes, there is a way to test the throttle input on the controller w/o a throttle, but first you should at least describe the motor kit, what kind of battery, how many volts. There's no point in doing that test unless you know the controller is powered up.

Well, that is a new one. Do you have a cable from the throttle going down to the motor?
