I messed up by dealing with Himiway

I ordered a bike, but after spending a week trying to call or email support with no response, I got a real bad feeling about this company. I requested a refund, finally got someone by phone who angrily guaranteed my refund in 3 - 5 business days. That was a month ago. Since then, my credit card co./bank filed a dispute with absolutely no response and today I filed a complaint with BBB. Terrible, terrible company. I'm still looking at electric bikes but certainly not Himiway. No support whatsoever after a sell, and don't honor their own policies. Any honest dealers out there?

Did you ever get this resolved with them? Did they pay return shipping or did you cancel before an get hit with an 8% fee?

I tend to purchase the seller before a product. Hope you manage to get it resolved.

Just get a Rad Rover.

More aftermarket support for upgrade, way more common (easy to find online community) and so on.
I agree. I've had no problems either with them or my bike other than a headlight that failed which they promptly replaced. Maybe someday if either the motor or controller fail I will look into an upgrade but the bike has enough power to do everything I've asked it to do.

Yup, well said. Buy it and ride it for a while. Then, ANYTHING you don't like about it can be dealt with to make it YOUR bike!
