It's funny, irreverent, and even has grudging elements that actually point to the real benefits of e-Bikes...

We'll have to revel in our so called "rolling, fat-tire abortions" as we roll through sand, mud and snow...

Although the author has his head where the sun don't shine, some of his points are still valid. I find it interesting how wrong many turned out to be in just 5 years.

Most of these observations did not age well. I love the “build a bike to pass down to his grandkids”
Analog bike technology is faddish and often changing. Just pick up a copy of Bicycling magazine and look at the road bike or mtb flavor of the year.

I like the phrase "dino bike". I'm going to appropriate that for my non-ebike, and as a good natured description of friends push bikes.

Makes more sense than "acoustic"bike.
