This site helped me soooo much.....and now I have an Ebike. Yesterday was my first ride. I made it 18 miles and only used 20% of my battery. There were hills and scenery. I love the bike I chose.....the Lafree is a very nice Ebike with good features, warranty, and service. Hopefully the EBR does a review on it soon (hint hint) I am a 44 year old female looking to shed some pounds and I am really eager to start my journey. I live in South Dakota and next week I am going to try the infamous Mickelson Bike Trail. It's 109 miles long and it's scenic path tours Mount Rushmore. Class 1 bikes are the only bikes allowed on the trails here in South Dakota. I chose this bike for the price, value, quality, and comfort. I will attach some pictures of some of my adventures. Stay tuned and happy riding. Let me know if you have any questions about the bike I chose.

Have a good time with your new bike. Thanks for mentioning the Mickelson Bike Trail. Don’t think I will ever get to ride it but I googled it and found a great video telling the history of the trail and the people who made it possible. Great story, great people.
Don’t forget to yield to horses, mules and walkers:)

You Betcha.....I'll be watching for the buffalos too. I'm really excited to go. I hope you get a chance to ride the Mickelson.... it's gonna be a fun adventure. I've been told much of it is downhill. ❤

Congrats on your new ebike!
That area around Mount Rushmore is beautiful and very hilly. You will be shredding those hills on your new Lafree.

Thank you.... yes Mt Rushmore is VERY hilly. LOL!!! My husband will soon find out (NO EBIKE) I will be sailing around.... (not really) I average about 700 calories on a 15 mile ride. I actually get a fair amount of exercise. The Giant app figures out how many calories you are burning. Somehow it manages to Bluetooth to the display and figure out your caloric burn. I just got back from a ride....it was the perfect evening. :)???‍♀️
