Brand new CrossCurrent S2.
I was able to remove the battery, but it took a little umph to do so.
Trying to re-install it has just been, well, impossible. I watched all the videos I could find. It looks like you're supposed to seat the battery in the base and slide it in. However, in all the videos it shows that the battery is flush to the bottom 'rail'. Mine is not. It sits at an angle, leaving about a 1/4" gap at the top. No matter of force will push it down towards the rail or in towards the bike.
There was a bit of shipping damage as the kickstand was broken off. I've opened a ticket for the kickstand and the battery, but I probably won't hear back until next week and like to try thins thing out this weekend.
Is it possible for me to somehow adjust the bottom mount or something?
