I have about 115 or so of these light pink red 18650s with blue caps I was going to use them to build a battery but I decided to buy one from Luna cycle so I have these batteries I don’t need
they are all fully charged and mah and resistance labeled

I have seen them go for 5 each new so I wanted to sell them in one big lot so how much would you pay don’t include shipping I just want them gone I am located in Washington

I attached the picof the batteries before they were dis assembled and labeled so you can see the color

They look like they were assembled for use in a laptop pack? I've seen similar laptop cells offered on Ebay. You might look there for a value idea. 5 each is high and shipping is very problematic unless you are a certified hazmat shipper.

Without data and manufacturers designation they’re useless. Laptop batteries and ebike batteries are very different specifications. Without clear information these are a run, don’t just walk away.

so what do you think maybe 100 for all? plus shipping
You can't ship these legally. Illegally, if caught, it's a $50,000 fine and possibly jail time. That is if you did it by mistake, unknowingly. Fines go up for shipping surreptitiously.

Shippers require MSDS and many require they be 30% charged or less. All must be certified to the Hazmat shipper.

You are at minimum the third owner of these cells. If you're lucky you could sell them locally on craigslist to a hobbyist. Don't expect much. There are good reasons it's so hard selling and shipping dangerous goods.
