How Does The Radrunner Plus 500 Watts Perform in Canada?

I'm on the market to purchase a Radrunner Plus e-bike. Living in Canada I think the power of the motor is down to 500 watts. How does that perform to compare with same bike purchase in U.S.A. with 750 watts?
I'm a little concern being that it is a heavy bike. Please give me your impressions.
