Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Munich, C-120, Chocolate, Carafa 2, and Roast Barley with Columbus, Willamette, and US Goldings hops
ABV: 8.0%

Color: Dark brown
Aroma: Brown sugar, burnt sugar, caramel and other sweet aromatics, with some toast and light cereals, date with some cherry, licorice/anise and nutty notes.
Flavor: Moderate sweetness, slightly bitter with subtle lingering sweetness in medium body with slight warming.

Perfect! Which reminds me, Steve, I hadn't the last year's "Too Young To Be Herod", Christmas Ale from Artezan. I should definitely ride up to the brewery!
 
I tend to like the darker beer. I’m not a fan of the pale ales but some are good. I bought a 12 pack of Yuengling Black And Tan 2 or 3 months ago and still have a couple in the fridge. I‘ve just cut back and trying to loose a little weight.

When we travel I like visiting the local micro breweries. Some of the best beer I’ve ever had has been at those places.
