Himiway head light issue

I recently recieved 2 Himiway Set thru Cruisers. On one the headlight does not work. The other bike the headlight works. I switched the headlight around and it did not make a difference. The one bike still had a functioning headlight and the other did not. I noticed the display on the bike without the working headlight dims (the backlight) when I press on the headlight icon, and brights back up when I shut it off. Any thoughts on how to repair. Thanks

I just received two Himiway Cruisers. Yay! But neither LED head lights worked. Rear lights are okay. Confirmed that power was getting to them. After using a 9v battery to check out the light themselves, found the polarity didn’t match up with the bike battery. Got two new ones on the way. In the meantime, rewired the head lights.
