This is a REPOST, I edited my original post, hit save and that post vanished into cyberspace?
I've been messing around with electric bikes for a decade or so, was away from the scene for a few years and have started riding again. I've been in the PNW not quite two years and in my area there are a lot of hills.
I've got a few ebikes but most are pretty old. I've sold a few along the way but this is my garage of bikes currently:
circa 2003 Currie E-Ride MB

This was my go to bike for years and I've put 500 or so miles on this bike. It's required very little in the way of maintenance, years ago I opened up the motor/transmission and cleaned and greased it.
The bike had the original 12v 12ah x2 SLA batteries which were near dead so I built a NICAD pack for it and that fried, got a used lithium pouch battery that was great but short lived... the original battery pack can be seen in the picture below.

I'm currently building a rack mount battery holder for this bike using an existing battery.
A Tres Terra Europa.

Got this off craigslist. It had been in some kind of wreck and rebuilt by a salesman at Small Planet Vehicles (Now Small Planet ebikes) in Longmont, CO., hence the wood paneling. Not a bad bike, it uses the same frame as an EV Global bike.
The battery in this bike is getting tired.
Ev Global SX

This is a nice bike, cream of the crop in it's day, but I haven't ridden it much. When I got it the original 36v SLA was barely alive so I populated the battery holder with 6@ 6v 7ah SLA but some of those batteries didn't last too long. It's waiting for a new battery.
Evelo Orion

This is my newest and nicest ebike. I believe it had a hard life before I acquired it this summer. The bike was dropped or hit something bending the BB/crank shaft and crank and there were a few broken spokes but the price seemed good. I got the shaft mostly straight and replaced the spokes and 3 others that have since broke. This is a 500w , Nuvinci model.
And finally, Woody.

Not and ebike... an etrailer.
Made from a Burley D'lite and a 450w Currie geared motor pushing an old but reliable GT Outpost.
Glad to be here and hope to contribute!
