Any one delt with Nakto customer support? or Mobility Paradise? Been waiting two weeks for a answer on a battery issue, bike was sent with a battery that won't charge
 
Did you try and measure output on the charger? More chargers arrive DOA than battery packs.
 
Thanks, we have a bike from the same place,different model ,same charger Nakto Poney, talked with the tech. Last I heard I will send you a battery, send me the address. emails me back says trouble understanding address. They managed to send the other bicycle here. Mobility Paradise is supposed to have contacted someone for a replacement, had to send pictures of the battery?
Yes card company is disputing the purchase.
I did check the fuze in the battery
 
Update, Mobility is reaching out to Nakto to get a new battery, fingers crossed.
And when the battery comes, is it better to just use the charger supplied with the battery, or look at a charger that shuts down @80%.
Or maybe the stock charger will do the same thing?
