Hi everyone iis have a pedal assisted bike, no idea brand or anything since it was a gift from my boss who lost the manual. I Have everything else.......but lost the keys. Does anyone know how to replace them, or if I'm able to order New ones based off of the specs on my battery? Any info helps

Without the brand an model, I don't see how you can hope to get keys...
Even if you don't have a manual, isn't there any label and model number on the bike?
Also doesn't your boss have the invoice of where he bought it?
If not take many pictures and post them here in case someone recognizes the brand and model.

As is, it looks more like you stole the dam thing

Just take it to a locksmith. They can pick the lock, and remove the cylinder and rekey it.
